Hi! I'm Blade, I'm 19, I live in the UK and I make zines.
My first (and most prolific) zine is called Grrrl Punx, a zine that focuses on riot grrrl music and subculture as well as feminism and other topics.
My other major endeavour is Blade Zine, which focuses on angstier, more political themes as well as discussing heavier music, reflecting how my interests have changed since I was 15 (when I started GPZ).
Also available here is my 2023 limited edition pride-themed zine, Gay Punx, which I made to express my own queer identity as well as showing wider support during Pride Month.
My most recent additions are the minizines 'What do I want?' which is a perzine, 'LIGHTNING', which includes doodles, thoughts, song lyrics, and more, and 'TRANS RAGE' Wwhich tackles some of the issues I experience and things that annoy me as a trans person.
I also sell sticker packs! All of my stickers are handmade by me, and many of them are designed and/or hand drawn by me too, and I recently added bead bracelets to the shop, which is something I make to fill up time and stop me from becoming an ipad kid...
Over the next few months I plan to add some more minizines, a second issue of Blade, and potentially a new Pride zine :)
All orders from my shop are shipped with a handwritten note and several free stickers, and I re-use envelopes whenever I can. Delivery is free within the UK and cheap everywhere else - I price everything as affordably as possible while making enough money to buy supplies like stamps, stickers, paper and envelopes.
